My budget was $10 and it seemed like I had lost hope. Then I knew I could look at the 3 min away Wal-Mart and found a tye-dye bandana and puffy 3D paint for only $1 each. I got the only tye-dye bandana and 6 3D paints which was $7...and that was pretty much it! My inspiration was that I knew dogs had emotions like us! Plus, how they act! Cartoon doggies too!
