Item Description
24’4” x 32’4”, 114” eave height, 158” peak height. Single room. Windows have been boarded up from the outside and window panes are broken. No HVAC system. There is electrical in it. Contents not included. Gutters on 2 sides.
Condition:Fair condition. Floor is good, no roof leaks seen. Skirting is damaged. The Power will be disconnected by district. All contents of the building will be removed. This building has to be moved like a house not a mobile home. You will need a STRUCTURAL HOUSE MOVER to move this building.
*Buyer must email written contract to move with licence mover with in 2 weeks of close of sale to jsanangelo@csisd.org or will forfeit both bid and deposit.
*Buyer will be required to put a $1500 clean up deposit down that will be collected within 2 days of the date of auction invoice. The deposit will be returned once the CSISD representative declares the site clean.
* Moving can be prepared during the week, but the actual building must be removed on a weekend to no impede traffic and access to the parking lot.
*Buyer must have the building removed from property within November 25, 2025 at 5pm or will forfeit deposit and bid .
