Item Description
Measures 24' x 64'. Includes 2 HVAC wall mounted units, 43' x 6' wood deck with metal roof, and axles underneath. The Power will be disconnected by district. All contents of the building will be removed. Buyer will be required to put a $1500 clean up deposit down. The deposit will be returned once the BISD representative declares the site clean. The building must be removed during the time frame of June 1st - 14th.
