The meat of the month high bidder will receive each month a meat, with around 15 servings, frozen and pressure sealed. This will last for 6 consecutive months. The particular meat option will vary, but will mostly include items such as brisket and other types of smoked meats. Highest bidder will be responsible for contacting Texas Custom Catering for scheduling and arranging pick up at the CASA office.
