"My love for baking began as a little girl standing on a chair beside my grandmother "helping" her cook. She loved t read cookbooks and experiment with recipes. In the kitchen with grandma is where some of my most treasures childhood memories were made.
This carrot cake recipe was just a recipe that I found online, however I followed m grandmother's example and developed it into my own. I love to share the recipe with anyone who asks, but what makes it special is the love and precious memories that fill my heart and mu kitchen each time it is baked.
My two grandchildren Paisley, 4 and Oliver, 3, already enjoy standing in chairs next to me from time to time " helping me cook. They think we're just cooking.....
